The 2024 MRES Sustainability Tour, held October 4-6, is the Minnesota chapter of the annual National Solar Tour, coordinated by the American Solar Energy Society (ASES) in all 50 states. The event is open to the public, and tour attendees have proven to be a self-selected, eager audience for information on distributed-energy installations.
The National Solar Tour gives prospective customers opportunities to visit energy efficient homes and buildings that are reducing their utility bills and their carbon emissions. In becoming a sponsor, you’re supporting solar installers, businesses, schools, homeowners and, most important, potential customers who care about their energy costs and environmental justice.
The suggested MRES Sustainability Tour sponsorship is $250. For this investment, your company will receive:
Visibility as an MRES Sustainability Tour Sponsor on the MRES website;
Acknowledgement as a Sponsor in MRES social media posts advertising the event;
Locally targeted visibility to all tour attendees in open houses or video tours that you have that you have helped homeowners prepare;
A one-year MRES Basic Business membership ($500 for a Sustaining Business Membership); and
