Did you know?
Each month, MRES invites a guest speaker to share their knowledge and insight in renewable energy technology with our membership prior to the monthly board meeting. Join us for the guest speaker from 6:00-7:00 pm, the meeting from 7:00-9:00 pm, or both! Monthly board meetings are held at Flannery Construction, 1375 St. Anthony Ave., St. Paul on the second Thursday of the month. RSVP is requested so we can order food accordingly. April 14th: Global Warming Day of Action
Come see the Minnesota Renewable Energy Society at the Minnesota's Global Warming Day of Action, on Saturday, April 14th from noon - 4pm at the State Capitol Mall in Saint Paul. Global Warming Day will include speakers like polar explorer Ann Bancroft, live local music, workshops from experts on energy conservation and global warming, and dozens of booths with ideas and actions we can all take to reduce carbon pollution and make Minnesota the nation's leader on combating global warming. Renewable Energy Classes
Solar Electric, Solar Thermal, and Wind Courses Explored
MRES is considering offering some basic and more advanced renewable energy workshops over the summer months and would like to gauge interest amongst Minnesotans for these offerings.
