Directions from Twin Cities: Take 94 West to 169 north to Highway 10 West (toward St. Cloud). In Big Lake, turn right (north) onto County Road 8 (Eagle Lake Road), go almost exactly 3 miles to County Road 75, turn left (the only option), go 1.5 miles to 235th Street, turn right into gravel road, very short distance to home, #23513.

Designed by Deltec, this small family home and office has a lot of site features that support its passive solar design. A grove of trees on the north side protects the building site from winter winds, and the 14-sided building captures all angles of sunlight, even without any windows on the north side. A large roof overhang on the south side provides shading from the hot summer sun. Two additional skylights support the goal of extensive day lighting.
