This 15-sided, Deltec panelized structure
is ~39 feet in diameter with two floors for a total of 2,400 square
feet. The home was designed with minimal energy usage in mind, with
round construction to maximize floor space to outside wall area
ratio. The home is off-grid with greater than 70% of the building's
energy demands being met by solar PV and solar thermal systems.
